**Order Processing**

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

**Shipping Times (United States)**

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

**Fulfillment**

Pacific Essentials partners with global fulfillment providers to ship products directly to customers in the United States. Some items may be dispatched from international warehouses; in such cases, the longer delivery window above applies.

**Shipping Costs**

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders (threshold shown at checkout when applicable).

**Tracking**

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

**Lost or Delayed Packages**

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@pacificessentials.net. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

**International Shipping**

We currently ship only within the United States.
