**Return & Refund Policy**

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Pacific Essentials. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options.

**Return Window**

You may request a return within **30 days** of the delivery date.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items

**How to Return**

To start a return, email **info@pacificessentials.net** with:

1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for return
4. Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

**Return Shipping**

- If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective item, damaged in shipping), we will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

**Order Cancellation**

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
